Team Building
Ms. Chen finds out the strengths and weaknesses of each weightlifter and let them learn from each other. She focuses on developing strong interpersonal relations and trust among weightlifters.
Ms. Chen encourages communication and interaction among weightlifters and also reduce stress with the help of various team-building activities.

TRAINING LOG
Each weightlifter is asked to write a training log every time they workout. A training log can help them get more from their workout. It helps them organize and save information about their exercise routine so they can work toward a specific goal.
HOW MS. CHEN TRAINS WEIGHTLIFTERS
Ms. Chen closely instructs the weightlifters to correct mistakes or imperfect postures in time to prevent them from getting injured.

SELF- TRAINING
Weightlifters make good use of their time without the help of a coach. They will use the equipment and train themselves.
MEETUP
Ms. Chen organizes various activities for the weightlifters to gather team strength. In addition, various relaxing activities allow players to perform better.
