How Others See Ms. Chen as a Leader

In order to know what other people think about Ms. Chen's leadership traits, we interviewed the current Dean of Academic Affairs and the former Dean of General Affairs of our school.  

Q: What kind of influence do you think Ms. Chen Chia-Ling has in 
    weightlifting in Taoyuan?

     Ms.  Chen is the Director of the Weightlifting Committee of Taoyuan Sports Federation.  She is responsible for promoting weightlifting and other matters.  She is in charge of the weightlifting training in the schools at all levels in Taoyuan City. Therefore, she is very important and influential to the sport of weightlifting in Taoyuan City.   Ms. Chen is a national weightlifting coach and the IWF Category 1 Technical Official, so she works as a referee in world Championships all the time.  Due to her experience and coaching qualifications, she is very influential in the weightlifting field. 

Q: What  leadership traits do you see from Ms.  Chen? 

     Ms. Chen is a passionate leader. She is willing to do things, willing to devote effort and time to cultivate young weightlifters, and shows great enthusiasm for work.   Ms. Chen is a visionary coach. What she sees is a player's future performance, so she shows concern and support to the athletes, cares about the athletes' mental and physical condition all the time.  Ms. Chen pays attention to a weightlifter's  attitude, which makes his / her performance better.      

Q: Could you tell us about Ms. Chen’s contribution to the
   community and Taoyuan City?

     The most notable contribution is that the weightlifters she trains have won many awards for Taoyuan City.  She successfully runs the weightlifting Workout Base, allowing more talents to be cultivated here.   Our community is very fortunate to have this kind of athlete who has experienced international competitions as a coach and resides in our school.
